How it Works

Please read through our terms and conditions below, then you can request to be a reseller by filling out our wholesale application form here. Once approved, you will be sent instructions on how to access our wholesale website.

Wholesale Terms

1. Delivery time is 10 business days from time of order approval, plus transit time.
2. Orders within 25 miles of our factory are eligible for delivery. 
3. Minimum order of $500. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders that we determine do not qualify for wholesale pricing.
4. Payment and delivery terms will be determined at the time of the wholesale agreement and are subject to change.
5. Products should be sold at our suggested retail price with original packaging.
6. Selling on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, or Ebay is NOT permitted.
7. Please report any damaged or missing product within 3 days of receipt.
8. Any marketing material obtained from us remains the exclusive property of Fowler’s Chocolates and must be used in accordance with the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
