Food items are not eligible for return. However, at Fowler's Chocolate, your satisfaction is our first priority. From creation to shipping and in store shopping, we take every step necessary to ensure that you receive the finest chocolates fresh and on time. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please call our Customer Service number 800-824-2263 or email us at info@fowlerschocolates.com. We value your patronage, and will try to earn your continued support with every order.
Please inspect your order within 3 days and let us know if something is not right and we will do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement you will need to submit photos of the damage and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
